A Guided, Mindful Exploration of Plant Allies through Curiosity, Presence and Practical Plant Knowledge

Join Certified Herbalist, Naturalist, and Nature & Forest Therapy Guide Cat Pantaleo for a rich and immersive experience in Colorado’s breathtaking High Country. As you meander through montane forests and wildflower-strewn meadows, Cat will guide you on a unique journey that weaves together botanical wisdom, sensory mindfulness, and deep nature connection. Along the way, you’ll learn about the traditional uses, medicinal properties, and preparation methods of the plants and trees you meet—along with guidance on edibility, first aid applications, potential toxicity, and the helpful framework of plant family patterns.

More than just a walk, this is an invitation to slow down, awaken your senses, and rediscover the quiet joy of being in relationship with the living world. With curiosity, reverence, and a touch of play, we’ll explore the vibrant intelligence of the “green ones” who share this home with us.

Please Note: Participants must be fit enough to walk/hike 2-3 miles up to 10,000’ in elevation.
